About Me & Simply U
Laini Garsden
"To be creativity means to be in love with life [..] enough that you want to enhance its beauty [..] that you would like to leave it a little better than you found it."
- Osho

When I first read this quote many years ago I thought it was just beautiful (as a lover of beautiful and creative things). I realise now however, it is more like a life mantra and philosophy that I lean into when I feel lost. Creativity isn't just an interest or a hobby. It runs more deeply and close to my heart. Its a way of living that connects me back to who I am and how I wish to express myself and impact into the world around me. Simply U Yoga & Pilates is an expression of who I am, from what I have learned and customised Simply just for U..
